FOR GREASE TRAPS
PROBLEM:
One of the most unpleasant and expensive experiences in running a restaurant or cafeteria
is grease trap overflow caused by grease solids (faster and thicker than the trap can
handle) entering the trap. Since you cannot shut down the trap nor increase its capacity,
the best answer to
this problem is to break down the grease
and solids as they enter the grease trap, thus enabling them to flow freely through the
trap and ending unexpected overflow.
TREATMENT OPTIONS:
Should take place: (1) at the close of business or (2) at the end of a use period or
(3) at the end of a peak period (in a 24 hours operation).
RESULTS:
This product, properly used, will eliminate all organic accumulation and eliminate odors.

authorized for use in food service operations and federally inspected meat and poultry

APPLICATION RATES:
For grease traps with capacity of 100 gallons to 1500 gallons, purge with 1-1/2 gallons of
PRO-PUMP'. Add 1 quart every 6 weeks for maintenance. Proper application will
eliminate odors and 60% to 70% of grease and oil will be liquified.
